My name is Laurie, aka Designer Lady. If you have a small business and are looking to have a "web presence" so people can find information about your business on the internet, I'm your lady! I will host your 1 - 5 page site for you for a nominal fee of $40.00 per year.
I will get your site up and ready for you, for a one-time set up fee of $40.00 (and up). You must supply your own domain name (I get mine at GoDaddy.com). You can pick from over 300 templates and MUST supply me with all of the text (I do not edit text) and images you will need for your site. If you pick from one of the many templates, the fee is definitely only $40.00. If you have something else in mind, your design fee could be higher, depending on your needs.
If you want a start from scratch web design, it will start at $140 and go up according to your wants/needs. Tell me what you want and I will give you a price before we start. I don't add on unless it's agreed upon by both of us.
After your site is up and running, it will only be $40.00 per year! That's less than $4.00 a month to have an on-line presence for your small business. I allow one simple change per year included in the cost of your hosting. If you need more extensive changes, there will be a fee of $18.00 per hour for any work I have to do, (there is a $10.00 minimum).
Each additional feature (see the Features section on this site), is an additional setup fee if I have to do it. They are FREE if you can do them yourself. I do not maintain things such as live chat for you under any circumstances.
If you are interested in having a web-presence for your small business, please write. You can't beat the price! For as little as under $100.00 (including your domain name) to get your site designed and on the net, and then $40.00 per year after that, your small business can be found by millions *.

If you are looking for someone to build and maintain a site for you such as a poetry site that needs constant updating, I'm Sorry, I won't be able to help you in the maintenance department, as I have so many of those now, I do stay very busy. But you can still host here at a low, low price!

* I do not list your URL with search engines. There are people you can hire to do that, or you can even do it yourself. It's not hard, just very time consuming.
